What to include
- Your booking reference, if you have one
- The date and approximate time of your journey
- Your pick-up and drop-off locations
- A description of the item
So that items are returned to their rightful owner, we may ask for proof of ownership or identification before returning anything.
How we handle items found in our vehicles
Items found in our vehicles are handled in line with the conditions of our private hire operator licence. Where we can identify the owner from the booking, we will contact you to arrange the return of your item.
