At VIPCARS Chauffeurs, we prioritize punctuality. Our drivers aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early, but London traffic can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer our “Punctuality Assured” guarantee: if your driver is late, here’s what happens next.

1 to 10 Minutes Late:
Choose either a 25% refund of your trip value or £10 per minute of delay, along with a 25% discount on your next booking. Your trip will continue at no additional cost.
10 to 15 Minutes Late:
Choose either a 50% refund of your trip value or £10 per minute of delay, along with a 30% discount on your next booking. Your trip will continue at no additional cost.
Over 15 Minutes Late:
Receive a full 100% refund along with a 50% discount on your next booking. Your trip will continue at no additional cost.
Cancellation Option:
If you choose to cancel due to the delay, you will receive a full refund along with a 50% discount on your next booking.However, please note that the trip will not proceed.

Important :

This policy pertains exclusively to the booking start time and does not cover arrival times at your destination. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the trip has commenced due to traffic conditions, and no additional policies will apply in such cases.

Compensation will not exceed the total cost of the trip.

For multi-day bookings, refunds will only apply to the affected day(s), not the entire reservation.

Refunds will be processed promptly; however, please allow 5-10 business days, or longer depending on your bank’s policies, for the funds to appear in your account.
