To ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless journey for all passengers, luggage capacity is strictly dependent on the type of vehicle selected at the time of booking. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the luggage limits outlined below.
Important Notice
Luggage exceeding the permitted size or quantity may result in the journey being delayed or cancelled. In such cases, VIPCARS Chauffeurs reserves the right to:
Decline the trip without refund
Apply additional charges to accommodate excess luggage or arrange for an alternative vehicle (subject to availability)
We strongly recommend reviewing your luggage requirements in advance and selecting a suitable vehicle accordingly.
