We offer a range of services, including Chauffeur  airport transfers, business travel, sightseeing tours, event transportation, and wedding car hire. All our services have included a profesional chauffeur.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also bank transfers.Only for our regular clients cash payments are accepted.All our transactions are made through STRIPE.

Night surcharges apply: 20% Monday to Friday and 30% on weekends, from 22:00 to 06:00. Prices are fixed during the day but may adjust for unforeseen events or client itinerary changes. Public holidays, major events like Wimbledon and Ascot, and specific dates (e.g., Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day) may incur additional charges or premium rates. Online quotes exclude these exceptions.

Gratuity is not included in the price, but it is customary to tip the chauffeur 10-25% of the total fare, as you wish.

We provide still water and sparkling water in our vehicles, however, smoking of all kind of cigarets and cigars is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the chauffeur and the client.

Yes, you can request a specific chauffeur, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi access, at no additional cost. Some of our vehicles are equiped with TV-entertainments systems witch allows you to watch a movie or a preferred Tv show.

Yes, please review, understand, and adhere to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We have a minimum rental time of four hours for most services, and no maximum rental time.

Yes, our chauffeurs are required to wear a uniform, consisting of a black/blue suit, white shirt, and black tie.

Our chauffeurs are fluent in English, and some of them also speak other languages, such as French, German, Spanish,Bulgarian,Romanian and Italian.

There is no age limit for children traveling with us, but we recommend using appropriate child seats or booster seats, which we can provide upon request.

We monitor all flights and adjust our schedules accordingly, so there is no need to worry about delays or cancellations. However, if your flight is delayed or canceled, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can rearrange your transportation accordingly.

Our cars are less than three yers old. We have a very strict policy regarding ours cars age, in order to offer the maximum luxury, comfort and safety for our clients .Withal, all our cars are extremely clean and disinfected after each trip.

To secure your booking, full payment of 100% of the total amount is required.

For the best rates and to ensure you can choose your preferred car and driver, we kindly suggest making your booking 1-2 days in advance. However, we would be delighted to accommodate bookings made with as little as 4 hours’ notice, and, subject to availability, even last-minute requests within 1 hour of departure.

Yes, your chauffeur will be more than happy to assist with carrying and loading your luggage. Our chauffeurs are trained to provide five-star service, which includes helping with your luggage. However, please note that it is your responsibility to check your luggage when it is loaded and unloaded from the car. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Yes, all fees are included in the final price. However, any additional parking fees requested within the city will be added to your final bill. We strive to keep these costs to a minimum for your convenience.

Upon your arrival at the airport, your chauffeur will be easily identifiable by the sign or name-board they will be holding. Additionally, the chauffeur will send a text message to the mobile number you provided prior to your flight’s arrival. Should you encounter any difficulty locating your chauffeur, please contact us at +44 (0) 204 532 3232 or refer to the chauffeur’s mobile number listed on your booking confirmation. For your convenience, we kindly ask that you do not leave the terminal before meeting your chauffeur.
