While our chauffeurs always aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up, London’s dynamic traffic conditions can occasionally affect arrival times. To uphold our commitment to excellence, we proudly offer our Pick-Up Time Guarantee.

Important Notes
Scope: This policy applies strictly to delays at the scheduled pick-up time, not arrival at the destination.
Traffic Disclaimer: Once the journey begins, delays due to road conditions, diversions, or external factors are outside our control and not eligible for compensation.
Compensation Limit: Refunds and discounts will not exceed the original value of the trip.
Multi-Day Bookings: Compensation applies only to the day(s) affected by the delay.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued promptly, but bank processing times may take 5–10 business days, or longer, depending on your provider
